Job TitleMinimum of 1 year of experience supporting or administering HRIS or HCM systems; Oracle HCM experience preferred.
Experience working in an administrative, operational, or support oriented role within HR, HRIS, or a professional services environment is a plus. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; comfort with web based systems. Familiarity with HR reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher preferred.
