Job Title: Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant

Location: Remote Job + Travel

Duration: 5 Months+

Certified in Oracle Cloud Payroll highly preferred

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting or leading payroll implementations.
• Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end payroll processing.
• Strong understanding of payroll earnings, deductions, taxes, garnishments, balances, payments, retroactive processing, adjustments, and other payroll concepts.
• Experience configuring, reviewing, or validating payroll functionality.
• Experience supporting payroll parallel testing, end-to-end testing, UAT, regression testing, and payroll reconciliation.
• Demonstrated ability to investigate and resolve complex payroll processing issues and variances.
• Ability to analyze payroll results and identify root causes of discrepancies.
• Ability to work effectively across Payroll, HR, functional, technical, integration, data, and testing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate payroll business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll is strongly preferred.

Consultant will provide, at a minimum:

• Payroll work plan and status reporting.
• Payroll requirements documentation.
• Payroll solution design and configuration documentation.
• Configured and/or validated payroll functionality.
• Payroll process and configuration documentation.
• Payroll test scenarios and test results.
• Payroll parallel testing and reconciliation support.
• Defect and variance analysis and resolution support.
• Payroll cutover and go-live readiness activities.
• Payroll stabilization and hypercare support.
• Knowledge-transfer and transition documentation.
