SKILLS REQUIRED

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle Fusion HCM and its major functional areas, including Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and Benefits.
The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Oracle HCM work structures, role-based access control (RBAC), and security architecture. This role will focus on defining, reviewing, and redesigning HCM security models across multiple functional areas while ensuring appropriate data access and alignment with business requirements.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the Oracle HCM Consultant and SME across multiple HCM functional areas.
- Define and maintain HCM work structures and organizational hierarchies.
- Design and implement Oracle HCM security models based on business and organizational requirements.
- Define roles, responsibilities, data access, and security policies across HCM modules.
- Review existing HCM security configurations and identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
- Redesign security models to provide consistent and appropriate access across different HCM functions.
- Partner with HR, business, functional, and technical teams to gather requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
- Provide architectural guidance for Oracle HCM implementations, enhancements, and ongoing support.
- Troubleshoot complex security and access-related issues and recommend long-term solutions.
- Ensure HCM architecture and security align with enterprise standards, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Proven experience across Core HR, Talent, Recruiting, Onboarding, Payroll, and Benefits.
- Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Security, RBAC, roles, and data access.
- Experience working with complex enterprise HCM environments.
- Strong communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
