Oracle HCM / Cloud Integration Newark, NJ (Local Candidates Only) Contract | Hybrid (3 Days/Week Onsite)

The Role

IT Impact Consulting is placing an Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant with a client in Newark, NJ. The role requires expertise in Oracle VBCS, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Oracle HCM Cloud integration development. Local candidates only; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite.

Why This Role

• Design and develop Oracle HCM Cloud integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP APIs
• Build and customize UI extensions and self-service applications using Oracle VBCS
• Develop HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts for data migration and reporting
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in Oracle HCM Cloud environments
• Collaborate with functional consultants to translate HCM business requirements into technical solutions

What You Bring

• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) for HCM UI extensions and self-service apps
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for building HCM integrations
• Proficiency with Oracle HCM Cloud REST and SOAP APIs, including HCM Data Loader (HDL) and HCM Extracts
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud technical architecture, security, and integration best practices
• Oracle HCM Cloud or OIC certification preferred
• Local to Newark, NJ — hybrid presence required (3 days/week onsite)
