Position Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Payroll Developer will provide functional and technical leadership for Charter’s Oracle HCM Payroll environment. This role involves close collaboration with Payroll Operations, HR, Compensation, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, resolve production issues, and deliver system enhancements. The candidate must be based in the Charlotte, North Carolina area or willing to work locally, adhering to Charter's 4-1 Hybrid Model.

- Partner with Payroll Operations to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues.
- Design, configure, test, and implement application changes following the software development lifecycle.
- Support payroll-related processes including calculations, taxes, and integrations.
- Strengthen team knowledge through documentation and training.
