Position Summary: The Oracle HCM Cloud Senior Payroll Developer will provide functional and technical leadership for Charter's Oracle HCM Payroll environment. This role involves close collaboration with Payroll Operations, HR, Compensation, Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Technology teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, resolve production issues, and deliver system enhancements. 5–8 years of experience supporting Oracle HCM applications.
S. payroll processing.
Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud tools like HCM Data Loader and BI Publisher.
Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll. Partner with Payroll Operations to troubleshoot and resolve payroll issues. Design, configure, test, and implement application changes following the software development lifecycle. Support payroll-related processes including calculations, taxes, and integrations. Strengthen team knowledge through documentation and training.
