Accenture Federal Services is seeking an Oracle HCM Reporting Developer/Cloud Developer to design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards in Oracle HCM Cloud using OTBI and BI Publisher. You will transform business requirements, partner with HR stakeholders, and ensure data integrity across Core HR, Benefits, and Compensation.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud reporting experience, strong OTBI and SQL skills, and a solid understanding of Oracle HCM data models.
