Key responsibilities Lead the overall solution from a functional perspective for Oracle Fusion HCM projects Coordinate end-to-end testing cycles and troubleshoot user issues effectively Facilitate design sessions with clients to deliver complex business solutions Required qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in HCM, with at least 7 years focused on Oracle Fusion HCM Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Global Core HR and Payroll Experience working with technical teams on integrations and data conversion Certification in Oracle HCM Cloud modules is a plus Healthcare provider background is preferred, with an understanding of Health Systems
