Oracle Fusion Financials Architect

  • Lead and execute day-to-day activities of Oracle Fusion advisory engagements for healthcare clients, including implementation support, process design, and project reviews.
  • Identify business requirements, functional design, prototyping, testing, training, and define support procedures for Oracle Fusion implementation and/or optimization activities in functions such as Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Assets and Projects, Banking and Settlement, Expenses, Grants, and Endowments.
  • Develop and execute unit and system test plans.
  • Drive cross-team design and development via functional leadership and mentoring.
  • Troubleshoot issues and processes, aggressively driving toward resolutions.
  • Identify and support Supply Chain projects related to business process, data conversion, data retention, and integration.
  • Support business development activities such as identification, proposal development, and other pursuit activities for Impact Advisors’ ERP Practice and other service lines.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of ERP Finance implementation experience.
  • Minimum of two full life cycle implementations with Oracle Fusion Finance.
  • Oracle Fusion accreditation (certification) in Oracle Fusion Finance.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities for project teams and client management.
  • Experience and knowledge of ERP system concepts and general module functionality.
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion integration processes and best practices.
  • Healthcare experience required; patient accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency with office productivity software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; experience with Visio and MS Project desirable.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one settings and group presentations.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team player with the ability to multi-task in a progressive and fast-paced environment.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $125,767 - $205,000. Eligible for an annual bonus. Additional benefits and perks may be available depending on the position and employment terms.
