Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and document complex project financial processes and convert them into scalable, system-driven solutions using Oracle Cloud modules.
- Design and configure Oracle modules as required for ERP Project.
- Execute data migration and reconciliation efforts using FBDI, ADFDI, Smart View, and Oracle SQL; ensure integrity between legacy and Oracle Cloud systems.
- Develop, run, and troubleshoot data validation scripts and exception reports; proactively resolve data quality issues across modules.
- Build and support custom dashboards, KPIs, and reports using OTBI, BIP, FRS, and Smart View to provide business-critical insights.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design, test, and support integrations (inbound/outbound) using REST APIs, SOAP services, or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates—conduct impact analysis, regression testing, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth rollouts.
- Provide subject matter expertise and end‑user training for functional and data-related capabilities of Oracle ERP.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and streamline project reporting, budgeting, and cost control functions.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands‑on experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud modules (Finance, SCM, PPM).
- Proven leadership in at least 4 full‑cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM implementations, including global rollouts.
- Strong SQL and PL/SQL proficiency for data validation, reconciliation, and transformation.
- Experience with data migration from legacy ERP to Oracle Cloud, including reconciliation strategy and post‑load validation.
- Familiarity with Oracle ERP table structures, APIs, FBDI/ADFDI templates, and custom reporting datasets.
- Deep understanding of data integrity, referential constraints, and business rule enforcement in Oracle ERP.
- Proficiency in tools such as OTBI, FRS, Smart View, and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues across both technical (data/integration/reporting) and functional (process/configuration) layers.
- Strong experience with testing strategies, including SIT, UAT, regression, and post‑patch validations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Certified Implementation Specialist – Oracle Cloud Financials.
- Exposure to other Oracle Fusion modules such as AP, AR, GL, or Procurement.
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar middleware for real‑time integrations.
- Familiarity with Jira and version control tools (Git, Bitbucket).
- Prior experience in public sector or transit industry is a plus.
