The Role
IT Impact Consulting is placing an Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with a client in Newark, NJ. The role requires experience spanning Oracle EBS, Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and Supplier Qualification, SQL/PLSQL development, and hands‑on techno‑functional consulting. Local candidates only; hybrid schedule with 3 days per week onsite.

- Deliver techno‑functional consulting across Oracle Fusion Cloud Sourcing and Supplier Qualification modules
- Develop and maintain SQL/PLSQL scripts, custom reports, and data‑migration utilities
- Conduct configuration, testing, and troubleshooting across Oracle Fusion Cloud functional areas
- Bridge business requirements and technical solutions; produce functional and technical design documents
- Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and third‑party or legacy Oracle EBS systems
What You Bring
- Experience with Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud, with depth in Sourcing and Supplier Qualification Management (SQM)
- Solid SQL and PL/SQL development skills for reporting, data migration, and custom extensions
- Demonstrated techno‑functional consulting experience: requirements gathering through configuration, testing, and go‑live
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Oracle Procurement Cloud or Supply Chain Cloud certification preferred
- Local to Newark, NJ — hybrid presence required (3 days/week onsite)
