The Oracle Fusion Cloud Tech Lead will provide strategic, cross-functional leadership for the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
This role will guide a managed services team of approximately 20 professionals (vendor-managed) supporting ERP and SCM capabilities within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
The position requires strong solution orientation, architectural insight, and the ability to drive initiatives forward without being a hands-on technical specialist.
This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, requiring on-site collaboration two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic liaison between internal teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment on Oracle Fusion Cloud initiatives.
- Provide solution-oriented guidance and architectural direction across ERP and SCM pillars.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions and help connect dependencies across multiple teams and vendor groups.
- Ensure progress of ongoing initiatives by providing structure, leadership, and oversight without direct hands-on technical development.
- Support assessments, roadmap planning, and improvement recommendations across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
- Participate in conversations involving Oracle SaaS features, Redwood UI migration, embedded AI capabilities, and marketplace agent solutions.
- Review solution designs, integrations, and enhancements for adherence to best practices and enterprise standards.
- Support issue resolution by guiding teams toward strategic, scalable solutions.
- Represent the Oracle Cloud ecosystem during planning, coordination, and governance activities.
- Promote continuous improvement and consistency across managed services delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Cloud, with cross-pillar understanding across ERP and SCM.
- Experience in real-world Oracle Cloud implementations or support environments.
- Ability to provide architectural input and strategic guidance across functional and technical areas.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to participate meaningfully in discussions with business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives without requiring deep hands-on involvement.
- Experience working with vendor-managed support teams or large enterprise support models.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to Oracle SaaS ecosystem capabilities.
- Familiarity with Oracle Redwood UI migration concepts.
- Exposure to Oracle’s embedded AI features, AI Agent Studio, and marketplace agents (preferred, not required).
- Experience coordinating cross-functional and cross-vendor initiatives.
