Oracle Fusion Benefits Technical ConsultantWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Benefits Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Benefits configuration, data migration, reporting, and extracts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full Benefits lifecycle and solid technical capabilities within Oracle HCM.Key Responsibilities:Configure and manage Benefits programs, plan types, plans, options, and standard ratesDesign and implement eligibility profiles using derived factorsConfigure life events and manage enrollment processesSupport Open Enrollment and Self-Service Benefits functionalityManage participant enrollments, certifications, and Benefits processing activitiesDevelop and maintain HCM Extracts and Benefits Extracts for third-party integrationsPerform data migration using HCM Data Loader (HDL)Create and maintain reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBITechnical Skills Required:8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM with strong focus on Benefits moduleHands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Benefits configurationStrong expertise in HCM ExtractsSolid Experience with Oracle Fast Formula for custom/Business logicStrong experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) for data migrationStrong reporting experience using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reportingExperience with eText, XML, XSL, and RTF templatesKnowledge of application security and role-based access controlRequired Experience:Proven experience in Oracle Fusion HCM – Benefits moduleStrong understanding of end-to-end Benefits lifecycle (Plan Design, Eligibility, Enrollment, Processing)Preferred / Nice to Have:Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Soft Skills:Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentProblem-solving mindset with attention to detail
