Oracle Functional Analyst – Inventory & Procurement SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Analyst with deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion applications, specifically in Inventory and Procurement modules. The ideal candidate will serve as a technical and functional subject matter expert, supporting business transformation initiatives and optimizing our Oracle Cloud environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement Oracle Cloud Fusion Inventory and Procurement modules to meet business requirementsAnalyze current business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Oracle Cloud functionalityLead functional design workshops and develop detailed solution designs for new implementations and enhancementsCreate and execute test plans, test scripts, and conduct user acceptance testingTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Inventory and Procurement modulesProvide post-implementation support and training to end usersCollaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations between Oracle and other business systemsCreate and maintain system documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manualsStay current with Oracle Cloud updates and new features to maximize system capabilitiesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud Fusion applicationsStrong expertise in Oracle Cloud Inventory and Procurement modules including Item Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Purchasing, and Supplier PortalExperience with the full implementation lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and supportWorking knowledge of Oracle integration tools and methodologiesDemonstrated experience in process improvement and optimization using Oracle Cloud capabilitiesStrong understanding of inventory management, procurement processes, and supply chain operationsExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and develop practical solutionsPreferred QualificationsOracle Cloud certification(s) in relevant modulesExperience with additional Oracle modules such as Order Management, Manufacturing, or Fixed AssetsKnowledge of Agile implementation methodologiesWhat We OfferCollaborative and innovative work environmentRemote work with occasional onsite meetings
