Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle FSDF / DFCS Technical Data Analyst to support a large-scale financial data modernization initiative.
This individual will work directly within Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation (FSDF) and/or Data Foundation Cloud Service (DFCS), building new data structures, developing SQL tables, and rebuilding existing data pipelines as part of a transition to a modernized data architecture.
This is a technical, hands-on role focused on building and developing within the data platform, not traditional Product Ownership or requirements-focused Business Analysis.
Candidates with strong hands-on Oracle FSDF experience will be considered even without direct DFCS experience.
What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on technical development and configuration within Oracle FSDF and/or DFCS.
- Build, modify, and enhance SQL tables and data structures within the platform.
- Rebuild existing data pipelines and transition legacy data flows into the future-state FSDF architecture.
- Analyze existing data structures and determine how data should be sourced, transformed, and integrated.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to support data transformation, integration, and validation.
- Troubleshoot data issues and implement technical enhancements.
- Collaborate with data architecture, engineering, and business teams to deliver data foundation solutions.
- Participate in knowledge transfer sessions with Oracle and internal technical teams.
What We're Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle FSDF and/or DFCS.
- Advanced SQL skills, including building tables, developing complex queries, and working with data structures.
- Experience building or modifying data pipelines and data integration processes.
- Understanding of data models, staging tables, and data transformation.
- Ability to independently perform technical development rather than simply document requirements or manage delivery.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
