Key Skills:
- Hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM
- Must have implementation experience in Oracle EBS and Oracle cloud.
- Required to have at least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation experience in Oracle Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
- Led at least two full cycle Oracle cloud implementations as a finance lead/architect.
- Experience in Oracle cloud EPM planning.
- Experience in configure to order industry, and understanding of projects linked manufacturing.
- Understanding of oracle project methodology (OUM) and agile and testing strategies such as conference room pilots (CRP) and Process Playbacks (SIT and UAT etc.)
- Experience in executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements and analysis, preparing functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
Preferred Skill and Experience
- Experience with legacy ERP to EBS migration or hybrid multi-ERP environments.
- Exposure to Finance transformation programs
- Familiarity with SOX compliance, audit controls, and governance frameworks.
