Job Description:

• 15+ years of experience; Big 4 background preferred

• Specialization in Oracle Fusion Core Finance

• Working knowledge of RMCS, PPM, and EPM

• Understanding of PaaS / OIC

• Clear understanding of Oracle AI in Finance

• At least one large Transformation project – mandatory

• Proven experience in solutioning and estimations

• Self driven, results oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude

Responsibilities:

Lead Oracle Fusion Finance design across AP, AR, GL, FA

• Provide advisory coverage for RMCS, PPM, and EPM stack

• Define integration and extensibility using PaaS / OIC

• Enable AI driven finance use cases using Oracle AI

• Act as SME on large enterprise finance transformations

• Ensure alignment between Finance, SCM, and enterprise reporting

Generic Managerial Skills, If any:

• Experience with cloud based ERP solutions

• Certifications in AI, GenAI, or Agentic AI

• Experience working with top Oracle Cloud implementation partners (per analyst reports)

• Strong experience working closely with Oracle

• Self driven, results oriented mindset with a “can do” attitude

• Deep knowledge of manufacturing industry processes and best practices

• Awareness of competitive ERP products and market trends
