Oracle ERP Data Conversion Lead

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required. Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, or a related field, preferred.
- 5+ years leading conversion teams of various sizes
- 5+ years utilizing Oracle conversion/import methods including FDBI, HDL, ADFDI, and Import Objects.
- Strong proven hands-on experience in the following conversion objects; Customers, AR/AP Invoices, Project Tasks, Contract Lines, Project Contract Billing, Suppliers, Banks, Workers, Tax Cards, Balances.
- Functional knowledge of the modules which data is being converted into, including but not limited to AR, PPM, HCM (core HR, OTL, Payroll, Absences), Financials.
- Technical knowledge and hands-on experience of Oracle Cloud HCM/ERP.
- Technical knowledge of the underlying/supporting interface, error, processing, and validation tables.
