To support a growing consulting practice, the part-time remote Oracle ERP Consultant will manage Core HR design and delivery, including conversions, integrations, and testing, while collaborating with stakeholders to develop scalable solutions. Key responsibilities Drive resolution of risks and dependencies to ensure timely project delivery Lead client-facing discussions across workstreams to develop integrated solutions Uphold professionalism and integrity in all interactions to maintain a respectful work environment Required qualifications Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations Oracle certification in Core HR and Onboarding Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution Experience with 4 full-cycle Oracle HR multi-module implementations Preferred experience in construction or with highly unionized workforces
