Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.As an Oracle ERP Business Analyst, your roles and responsibilities will include:Responsible for providing product expertise and product understanding for an Oracle Cloud ERP System.SME in Financials modules such as AP, AR, GL, Projects, and Fixed Assets.Provides first line resolution/analysis assistance as subject matter expert (SME) for responsibilities of system health, maintenance, and continuous improvements of corporate applications.Works with business representatives to deliver completely implemented solutions to end user community by leveraging best practices of the core applications.Responsible for developing programmatic solutions, testing solutions for accuracy with defined test plan, coordinating the implementation and completion of recommended specifications for all new systems, system changes, and problem corrections.Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Oracle ERP Business Analyst who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal Oracle ERP Business Analyst would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Work with business users to fully understand functional requirements and performs functional lead activities such as planning, development, and testing of core applicationMaximize use of available technology to enhance and improve business processesProvide functional leadership, guidance, and supporting the deployment of complex applicationsBuild effective relationships in other IT areas, business community and vendors we work with.Protect company assets (data and hardware); adhere to guidelines, standards and proceduresWe understand that even if you are a seasoned Oracle ERP Business Analyst you may not have all the skills listed here.Compensation: Based on Experience.
