Required Skills
- Oracle Enterprise Manager
- EPBCS with Manufacturing Implementation and Experience
- Expertise in Groovy Scripting and Custom Solutions within EPBCS Factory Solutions
- Strategic Modelling Exposure to Manufacturing
- Minimum of 3-4 implementations with EPM Cloud modules
- Exposure to Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops with business and IT teams
- Identify gaps in the current solution compared to business needs on Oracle Cloud EPM
- Provide recommendations and develop a corrective action plan (re‑implementation, customizations, or business process improvement)
- Participate as primary, co‑author or contributing author on project deliverables associated with assigned responsibilities
- Participate in data conversion and data maintenance
- Provide best‑practice and industry‑specific solutions
- Advise on and provide alternative (out‑of‑the‑box) solutions
- Provide thought leadership and hands‑on technical configuration/development as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
