IntePros is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1) ERP environment for one of our industry-leading clients. This role will lead multiple ERP initiatives, including system upgrades, enhancements, and enterprise-wide projects designed to modernize and optimize the Oracle E1 platform.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record managing Oracle E1 ERP implementations, upgrades, and related projects , while partnering with technical and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1) ERP projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Manage Oracle E1 upgrade initiatives, ensuring successful implementation with minimal business disruption.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, business stakeholders, vendors, and third-party consultants.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide executive status updates, and communicate project milestones.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure project deliverables align with business objectives and organizational priorities.
- Support testing, deployment planning, change management, and post-implementation activities.
- Drive project governance, documentation, and adherence to PMO best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing Oracle EnterpriseOne (E1) ERP projects.
- Hands‑on experience leading Oracle E1 upgrades, enhancements, migrations, or enterprise implementations.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting organizations in the homebuilding, construction, or real estate development industries.
- PMP or other Project Management certification.
- Experience working in complex enterprise ERP environments.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment (2 days/week onsite) is preferred, though fully remote candidates with strong Oracle E1 project experience will also be considered.
Location
- Remote with preference for candidates able to work onsite two days per week .
- Exceptional Oracle E1 Project Managers will be considered for a fully remote arrangement.
