To support a growing practice, the remote Oracle EBS SCM Architect will lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules, ensuring solutions meet client needs through best practices and customizations. Key responsibilities: Lead the full implementation lifecycle for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and configuration Analyze and recommend best-practice solutions for manufacturing processes, translating business needs into effective SCM solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create functional and design documents that align with business requirements Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain or a related field 10-15 years of experience in heavy equipment manufacturing with Oracle EBS, including full implementation lifecycle expertise Proven experience with Oracle modules such as Purchasing, Bills of Material, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning Strong mentoring skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels Experience working with offshore teams and sufficient SQL knowledge for troubleshooting
