Job Description:

Seeking a Senior Oracle E-Business Suite Programmer Analyst to support the SCC's HR and Financial Oracle EBS (eSCC) application. The candidate will work as part of an Agile development team, handling complex development tasks, production support, system maintenance, and application enhancements.

Required Technical Skills:

  • 10+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite 12.2 or above.
  • Strong experience with Oracle EBS modules: Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Purchasing, iRecruitment, Human Resources, and Time & Labor.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS in Linux environments hosted on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Proficiency in Oracle Forms/Reports, Oracle JDeveloper (Java), Oracle Workflow Builder, and PL/SQL.
  • Strong systems analysis and design experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, and SharePoint.
  • Azure DevOps experience is a MUST.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with VA Cardinal HR and/or Financial systems.
  • Experience with Power BI Paginated Reports, Power BI Desktop Reports, and Dashboards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, modify, test, debug, and implement Oracle EBS applications.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Perform system administration, maintenance, and production support.
  • Develop and execute unit and system testing.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Work independently and collaboratively within an Agile team.
