Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant with hands-on troubleshooting capabilities. The ideal candidate can independently analyze and resolve finance-related issues without relying on Oracle Support and communicates effectively with business and technical stakeholders. Exposure to Oracle Fusion SaaS Finance modules is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and solution design for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
• Independently troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex finance issues without Oracle Support assistance.
• Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and deliver effective functional solutions.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams on customizations, reports, interfaces, and integrations.
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), issue resolution, and ongoing production support.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Finance Functional Consultant.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules.
• Demonstrated ability to independently analyze problems and drive issues through resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Oracle E-Business Tax (eBTax).
• Exposure to Oracle Fusion SaaS Finance modules, including GL, AP, AR, and Assets.
• Experience with Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migration programs or EBS and Fusion co-existence environments.

Ideal profile: A self-sufficient Oracle finance professional who combines strong EBS expertise, experience with E-Business Tax, and confident stakeholder communication.
