Oracle E-Business Suite Functional AnalystThis Oracle E-Business Suite functional analyst role is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of capacity constrained planning within ASCP modules of Oracle E-Business Suite. Activities for this role include working closely with business super users/subject matter experts to understand and document the requirements, support developers and QA testers during development and testing, and write SOPs for updated processes.Accountabilities:Must be an expert in Oracle E-Business Suite value chain planning modules – Advanced Supply Chain planning (ASCP), Global Order Promising (GOP).Must be an expert in the following topics and how they impact the planning and order promising process: Item Attributes, Routings, Available to Promise/Ship/Reserve.Strong understanding of how Order Management/Sales Orders impact Oracle ASCP module is a must.Knowledge about Oracle Inventory, WIP and BOM and how these modules integrate with value chain modules.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quickly analyzes and documents requirements and communicates them efficiently to all stakeholders.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle E-Business Suite supply chain modules.Experience in functional design and implementation of resource capacity constrained planning in ASCP, and a deep understanding of functional setups in this module.Strong understanding of how Order Management and ASCP modules integrate.Has enough technical knowledge to help developers fix the issue and help QA resources test the fix.Required Skills: Oracle EBS, Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP), Constraint PlanningAdditional Skills: Prefers local to Chicago, but allows remote.
