POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the IT Transformation Program Director, this role sits within the enterprise supply chain and manufacturing technology department. The candidate will solve complex business challenges by translating shop-floor manufacturing operations into scalable Oracle EBS solutions across multiple production facilities. They will drive optimization for a large-scale Oracle EBS R12.1.3 transformation program.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead functional design, configuration, and implementation activities within Oracle EBS Discrete Manufacturing modules. | Serve as primary manufacturing solution lead for transformation and deployment initiatives.
• Work directly with plant leadership, engineering, quality, and production teams to understand and translate business requirements into Oracle EBS solutions.
• Configure and support Oracle EBS Work in Process (WIP), Bills of Material (BOM), Engineering, Inventory, and Quality modules.
• Support and coordinate RICE components including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions.
• Design and optimize manufacturing processes including routings, labor reporting, inventory transactions, material usage, scrap tracking, and production workflows.
