Seeking a Data Encryption Specialist / Oracle Database Security Engineer to support database security, encryption, high availability, disaster recovery, and enterprise database operations.

  • Develop and implement Oracle database encryption strategies in accordance with City requirements.
  • Architect and implement Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) and Oracle Key Vault (OKV) solutions.
  • Test and implement TDE in High Availability and Disaster Recovery (MAA) environments.
  • Design encryption strategies for Production, Pre-Production, and Development databases.
  • Design, report, test, and implement Oracle Enterprise Manager (Cloud Control) 13.4 .
  • Plan and implement database backup, restore, and recovery strategies .
  • Install and configure HA & Disaster Recovery-enabled Oracle databases .
  • Design and execute database management plans.
  • Develop and manage high-level roadmaps aligned with ITS strategy and business requirements.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop business cases and value plans.
  • Drive deliverables through conception, implementation, and production.
  • Develop operational support plans to ensure service reliability and availability.
