Job Summary

Lead end‑to‑end testing activities for Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CCB) projects.

• Ensure high-quality deliverables and compliance with industry standards.
• Manage and execute test cycles, including test planning and execution.
• Oversee defect management and resolution processes.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Utilize strong domain expertise in Utility Operations.
• Possess experience with C2 (Customer to Cash) processes.
• Exposure to test automation tools, preferably Tosca, is desired.
• Must have prior hands‑on experience with CCB application testing.
