A premier global financial services firm is seeking an Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Architect to lead end-to-end design and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, bridging business requirements with scalable technical architecture.
What You'll Do
- Lead full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Compensation, Recruiting)
- Define architecture frameworks, functional/technical specs, and design governance
- Configure modules, oversee data migration, testing, and cutover
- Build integrations via OIC, HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, HDL, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Deliver reporting and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Partner with HR leadership on architecture decisions and transformation strategy
What You'll Bring
- 8+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including experience as a solution/technical architect
- Strong knowledge of the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle (Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting/ORC, Learning)
- Technical skills in OIC, HDL/HCM Extracts, Fast Formula, OTBI/BI Publisher, REST/SOAP APIs, and SQL
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, HR, Business, or related field
Nice to have: Workday or SAP SuccessFactors exposure; AI/automation in HR
