We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for a long‑term engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and solution architecture background with multiple successful Oracle Cloud implementations.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Minimum 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
- Oracle Cloud Talent Acquisition
- Oracle Cloud Payroll
- Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
- Deep cross‑functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
- Ability to lead solution design workshops, define end‑to‑end architecture, and provide best practice recommendations.
- Strong client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners.
Engagement Details:
- Duration: Through July 2027 , with potential extensions based on performance.
- Location: Atlanta, GA. 50% onsite. 50% remote. Expenses will be paid for onsite travel if the candidate is not local to Atlanta.
