Key responsibilities Act as the implementation consultant for payroll processing, including pay calculations and final pay processing Prepare solution design documents and configuration workbooks, and conduct training sessions for key users Collaborate with payroll business teams and implementation leads to ensure best-in-class solutions based on business requirements Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation Advanced knowledge of UAE and India payroll processes Experience in coordinating with payroll business teams and implementation leads Ability to prepare solution design documents and configuration workbooks Strong negotiation skills for achieving win/win agreements
