Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant

Leading functional activities for an end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation, the full-time remote Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant will focus on US Payroll and Core HR, conducting requirements gathering, configuration, and supporting payroll processing and testing. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll and Core HR implementation activities Conduct discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders and analyze existing payroll processes Support payroll processing, including troubleshooting issues and performing post-payroll reconciliation Required qualifications Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Payroll and Core HR Experience participating in multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations Proficient in configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll and understanding payroll processing and reconciliation Ability to conduct functional workshops and communicate with Payroll and HR business users Familiarity with Oracle HCM technical components and testing methodologies
