Oracle Cloud HCM Workflow Consultant (Short-Term Contract)

Duration: Approximately 3 months (part-time or full-time)

Client: Higher Education Institution

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Workflow Consultant to assist our higher education client in developing and optimizing Oracle Cloud workflows, with a focus on Oracle Cloud HCM modules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement custom workflows within Oracle Cloud HCM to meet the client's specific requirements.
• Optimize existing workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into effective workflow solutions.
• Provide guidance and training to client teams on workflow best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in creating workflows from scratch within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Prior experience working within the higher education industry.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM modules and their workflow capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
