Position Summary : Support the HR Cruise initiative by providing Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise, with a focus on Absence Management, Time & Labor, Workforce Administration, and query creation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Oracle HCM Cloud functional expertise.
- Support activities related to Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Administration.
- Create and maintain queries as required.
- Document business requirements for technical teams.
- Validate data migration activities.
- Create and execute test plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Expertise in Absence Management, Time & Labor, and Workforce Administration. § Experience creating queries.

Preferred Qualifications:
