Leading client relationships and driving Oracle Cloud HCM strategy, the remote Principal Consultant, Client Services will manage mid- to large-size client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention while providing expert guidance and technical support. Key responsibilities: Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues promptly Align client practices with Oracle Cloud methods and configure the system to meet specific requirements Lead client initiatives and provide strategic insights to enhance client satisfaction and business outcomes Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred 5-10 years of experience in Client Services or a related field, with a track record of building long-lasting client relationships Experience with at least 3 full life-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and module-specific expertise Oracle certification in the relevant module preferred Strong understanding of business practices and the ability to engage effectively at both business and technical levels
