- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Implementations on GL, P2P, O2C, FA, Projects.
- Proven end-to-end GL implementation experience in at least 2 projects.
- Expertise in chart of accounts design, ledger setup, accounting configurations, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of GL integrations, subledger accounting (SLA), and financial processes.
- Ability to lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and user training.
- Experience resolving functional issues, performing reconciliations, and supporting month-end close.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder coordination and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and provide best-practice recommendations for GL processes.
