Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials SpecialistThe resource will work directly with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements, configure solutions, and ensure the system meets business needs. This is a hands-on role — not a project manager or coordinator position.ResponsibilitiesConfigure Oracle Fusion Cloud across Financials, Procurement, and Projects modulesGather and document business requirements from Finance stakeholdersDevelop and maintain reports using OTBI and BI PublisherCoordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Deliver end-user training and supportPerform first-line functional troubleshooting and break/fix resolutionDeliver small to medium enhancements independentlyPartner with integration specialists and managed services vendors on larger initiativesRequirements5+ years of hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) experienceKnowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)Demonstrated configuration experience across multiple modules (Financials, Procurement, Projects)Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutionsProficiency in OTBI and BI Publisher reportingStrong SQL skillsExperience supporting post-implementation stabilization and enhancementsExcellent communication skills — able to work directly with Finance business users
