Must be a US citizen with an active Tier 2 Public Trust. Bachelor\'s degree and/or equivalent work experience. 12+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience across relevant modules. 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud (Fusion) implementations. Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials. Deep understanding of data migration strategies, configurations, and reporting solutions. Experience in both federal and commercial environments highly preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g.Financials)
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ADF, or PaaS tools
- Knowledge of DOE, DOD, or other federal compliance/security frameworks
- Experience with OBIEE and Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
