As an Oracle Cloud Compensation Lead Consultant, the full-time remote position will design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation solutions while collaborating with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to manage end-to-end compensation processes, including salary and bonus cycles. Key responsibilities Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Compensation modules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into efficient Oracle Cloud configurations Manage project timelines and deliverables, including testing activities and integration support with other systems Required qualifications Current Oracle Compensation certification Experience leading 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Compensation implementations Hands-on experience with Workforce Compensation and Total Compensation Statements, including Redwood Compensation implementation US Compensation experience, particularly with unions and bargaining units Strong understanding of HR and compensation processes, including merit, bonus, and budgeting
