The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions within Oracle CDM and Sales Cloud environments. This role involves data integration, deduplication, and customer data governance, with a strong focus on enabling accurate, consistent, and complete customer records across the organization.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement solutions using Oracle CDM and Sales Cloud to manage and maintain high-quality customer dataConfigure and customize Oracle CDM features such as deduplication rules, survivorship, match/merge processes, and data enrichmentDevelop and support integrations between Oracle CDM, Sales Cloud, and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, Marketing, Service).Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, unit test plans, and deployment guidesTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CDM and Sales Cloud functionality or performanceCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, IT) to ensure data consistency and compliance across platformsSupport data migration and cleansing initiatives for legacy systems into Oracle CDMEnsure compliance with data governance and privacy policies (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle CDM and Oracle Sales Cloud developmentProficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.Experience with Oracle BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, and Application ComposerFamiliarity with Master Data Management (MDM) best practices.Strong understanding of customer data models, hierarchies, and deduplication strategiesKnowledge of Sales processes and CRM data flowsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective verbal and written communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:Oracle Cloud Certification (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud Implementation Specialist, Oracle CX CDM)Experience in data migration projects using tools like FBDI, ADFDI, or OTBI.Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
