Oracle/Apex DeveloperHCRC is seeking a talented and motivated Oracle/Apex Developer to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications using Oracle Application Express (APEX). The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Oracle databases and PL/SQL, and be comfortable working in an Agile development environment.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle APEX applications (version 5.1 or higher)Create and maintain database objects using Oracle DDL and PL/SQLCollaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and refine application requirementsParticipate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectivesTroubleshoot and resolve application and database issuesContinuously improve application functionality and performance based on user feedback and system monitoringRequired Skills and Qualifications:Oracle APEX Development: Hands-on experience with Oracle APEX (version 5.1 or higher)PL/SQL Expertise: Strong working knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle DDL syntaxAgile Experience: Familiarity with Agile development methodology and ability to thrive in iterative, team-based environmentsExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience integrating APEX applications with third-party APIs or servicesFamiliarity with version control systems such as GitUnderstanding of UI/UX best practices in application developmentWhy Join Us?
