Summary
The Operating Room Technician II is responsible for management of the Sterile Field during the surgical procedure and accompanying duties. Graduate of an approved Operating Room Technician Program. Experience 2 years Operating Room Technician experience in Operating Room. Certification, Assists in the orientation, training, and education of new personnel. Assists in maintaining a safe and aseptic environment for all patients. Performs all related duties as assigned and directed. Facilitates the provision of individualized patient care.
Qualifications
Graduated from an approved Operating Room Technician Program. 2 years experience as an Operating Room Technician in the Operating Room. Certification. Assistance in orientation, training, and education of new personnel. Possibly high school diploma or equivalent. Completion of Operating Room Technician Apprenticeship and 1 year experience.
