About This Role
The OR RN Circulator Outpatient role involves providing quality health care to patients in an outpatient surgical setting. This position is ideal for experienced RNs who are skilled in circulating in operating rooms and are committed to patient advocacy and team collaboration.

What You'll Do
- Participate as a member of the health care team in delivering quality health care.
- Provide a variety of nursing services utilizing the nursing process and leadership skills.
- Demonstrate personal commitment to service and socially relevant practice.
- Utilize critical thinking to problem solve and make decisions.
- Provide culturally sensitive nursing care to a diverse population.
- Mentor new staff and assist with orientation and staff development.
- Participate in population-based care activities and health education.
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for staff, patients, and families.
- Document nursing care provided in compliance with standards.
- Apply effective communication skills in interactions with patients and team members.
Education
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- High school diploma or GED required
Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory care/clinic setting within the last five (5) years
- Minimum two (2) years of experience circulating in an inpatient or ambulatory surgery operating room in the past five (5) years
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse License (Oregon)
- Basic Life Support certification required
