Welia Health in East Central Minnesota is seeking a Charge Nurse in Surgery to plan, organize, and direct patient care across the operating room, same day surgery, PACU and endoscopy. You will lead a team, coordinate with physicians and support services, and uphold infection control, safety, and quality initiatives.
Minimum requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, BLS and ACLS, with PALS within six months. Preferred candidates have 1–3 years OR experience.
