Full-Time Optometrist (OD) – Full-Scope Medical & Primary Care

Location: Williamsburg, VA

Schedule: Monday – Friday ( No Saturdays / No Weekends )

Compensation: Guaranteed Base + Bonus Structure ($175,000 – $200,000+ total potential)

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive Earnings: Guaranteed base salary paired with a performance bonus structure (covering both exam and optical sides), yielding an earning potential of $175k – $200k+ .

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school of optometry.


• Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice full-scope optometry in Virginia.


• Residency training or prior clinical experience preferred.


• Strong diagnostic, patient care, and communication skills with a team first mindset.
