What You’ll Do
- Engage in comprehensive optometry, serving patients of all ages with a variety of visual and medical conditions.
- Provide thorough eye care, educate patients about their ocular health, and recommend vision‑enhancing products.
- Leverage advanced equipment such as an Optos, glaucoma testing tools, an electronic lensometer, a tonometer, and a phoropter to deliver high‑quality care.
- Work full‑time Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, seeing approximately 22 patients each day.
- Receive a production bonus of 14.5%.

- Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure.
- 1–3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of optometric technology and practices; new graduates encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong business aptitude, self‑discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service.
- Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties.
