Are you a forward-thinking, patient-centered optometrist looking to grow your clinical and business skills in a high-tech, full-scope optometry environment? We’re hiring a full-time OD who is eager to split their time between our Briargrove/Galleria and Champions/1960 West locations. This is an incredible opportunity to join a well-established, innovative private practice group in Houston with a strong reputation for medical optometry, dry eye therapy, contact lens expertise, and premium eyewear.
Why This Role Is Unique
- Split Location: Work between two thriving offices—Galleria/Briargrove and Champions—based on a flexible schedule that maximizes productivity.
- Ideal Hours: Weekday hours are 9AM – 6PM (streamlined for efficiency and optimal patient flow). Saturdays (9 AM – 1 PM) are available and preferred.
- Schedule: Full-time (4–6 days/week). No late evenings.

Briargrove Office:
- Two full exam lanes (one manual, one high-tech ZEISS automated refraction lane with iPad control and slit lamp camera)
- Real-time patient education with diagnostic imaging
- In-office TearCare treatments for dry eye, and potential for in-house IPL & RF based on doctor training
- NeuroLens screening and fitting (training provided if needed)
- Full Optical Boutique with premium eyewear options
Champions Office:
- Fully equipped with Radiofrequency & IPL for advanced dry eye therapy
- Specialty contact lens fittings: Scleral, RGP, Hybrid with fitting sets and anterior segment OCT
- OCT with AngioPlex to diagnose and manage AMD, diabetic retinopathy, and other retinal conditions
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for full-scope optometry and advancing clinical skills
- Interest in dry eye management, specialty contacts, and optical performance
- Willingness to travel between locations and build lasting patient relationships in both communities
- Comfort or openness to learn NeuroLens, IPL/RF, and medical billing
- Someone who thrives in a high-tech, collaborative environment and values work-life balance
