An established multi-specialty healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Optometrist to join their team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing their overall clinical performance. Benefits:

• Full-time salary starting from$140,000, depending on experience
• Up to $20,000 annual bonus potential (distributed quarterly)
• The comprehensive benefits package is valued at approximately 25% of the salary
• Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM

Requirements:

• An active Tennessee optometry license or the ability to obtain one is necessary.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
• The position requires a candidate with a few years of relevant experience, but new graduates may be considered.
