Compensation

Compensation range for the role is listed above. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive optometric services to patients of all ages with various visual and medical conditions, recommending vision‑enhancing solutions and promoting good eye health through education.
• See an average of 2 to 3 patients per hour while collaborating with optical staff to meet all patient needs.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic technology, including the Optos Daytona, Zeiss Cirrus HD‑OCT, and TRS‑5100 Digital Refractor.
• Work full‑time Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and maintain quality patient care while meeting productivity expectations.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree, including a Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure.
• 1–3 years of clinical practice experience, or recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong business aptitude, self‑discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service.
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of job duties.

Working Conditions

The working environment is generally favorable, with adequate lighting and temperature, and contains no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, or other factors.
